Our Story

The engineering team is based in Pittsburgh, with an office in Los Angeles, serving clients all over North America. The product is based on a scientific theory known as Decision Science. The study is championed at Carnegie Mellon University, a world leader in breakthrough approaches to manipulating data into conclusions.
Our team members have been our source of knowledge and inspiration to applying this discipline to the automotive vertical. Our group is not only powered by CMU graduates but a corps of engineers and developers from around the world.

Over the last few years prior to the pandemic, our group has been bouncing around testing several vendors hoping to find not only a strong data driven company but a real partner. Well it wasn’t easy. But after a long search and a global pandemic we started a new chapter in our pursuit to truly understand our data, whole picture the one stop shop. So finally we found the one… If you know what I mean.
The kind of partner that can truly roll up their sleeves and dig into our 30 plus car store group and make sense of it all.The team at OneVision.ai filled the shoes we were looking to fill. The ability to look at realtime data and quickly change direction is critical today. The ability to know what’s working and what’s not only makes us more profitable it saves hours and hours every week and reporting something we look forward to because there’s no pain point. Lastly, this group really molds the product around what we need which really is a difference maker. They also have installed GA4 on our websites and even taken on other custom development project for us that will save us thousands every month. Back in 2017 we were intrigued by a small group out of Pittsburgh that claimed to be offering a ROI data solution. So we took a good look at the product and the decision was at this time the product wasn’t something we needed. We were engaged with a few other vendors that offered similar solutions, but there was one feature that no their company offered.

So we went along with the program, it worked for us and they continued to customize the feature to support our workflow. And there was no other product like it.
Now, fast forward to 2021 we ran into the One Vision team at the NADA conference so we sat down for a fresh look at their new version 2.0. We were truly impressed with a complete integration with any product and powerful enterprise reporting, realtime VDP trending, service campaign tracking and data alerts now makes this all in one platform, unique in the space. These guys know automotive; they have earned their stripes. One Vision.ai stands alone in the world of measuring ROI. Plus they are responsive and attentive to our team. This is our 7th year with them and I don’t see it ending anytime soon.

Coming from a marketing manager, the old way I did my job left me with the arduous task of building reports for 24 GM’s in 24 stores all expecting full disclosure and gradual details in a timely manner. At the end of every month, I’d be challenged with separating reports for hours on end. With OneVision, reporting is a cinch - I’m finished before the end of the month even rolls around. It’s easy to waste time when you have to worry about human error - our group accidently tried to build an inhouse report and 2 years later it’s still a mess.
But now we have OneVision and I’ve cut the time spent managing these reports by a week for every month. Now there’s time to adjust spending, look at inventory, and consider other factors to help improve sales and conversion rates. I’m not just a happy customer, I’m a witness to how OneVision has innovated beyond the “old-fashioned” way.
